All the manufacturers of Continuous Emission Monitoring Systems (CEMS), instrument/equipment (Indian/Foreign make), who have installed the same or planning to install the same for monitoring of air emissions in stacks of industries in Delhi-NCR are required to submit the details which are mentioned therein.
