It is hereby directed that all industries, that have installed OCEMS or require to install the same, under jurisdiction of respective SPCB/PCC, be directed to register and connect to New OCEMS Portal of CPCB as per the timelines given below: For Industries located in NCR-Delhi latest by October 15, 2025, For all other industries latest by November 15, 2025. The SPCB/PCC shall also ensure compliance of the above in their respective State/UT. Further, the SPCB/PCC shall acknowledge the receipt of this direction and submit the "Action Taken Report" in compliance in line with the timeline given above within 15 days.
