With reference to the letters cited in the references (2) & (3) above, the Commission is pleased to grant renewal of the policy cited in the reference (1) for FY 2022-23 also and the renewal order will be in force up to 31-03-2023. Further, the Commission directs that the DISCOMs shall not violate the provisions mentioned in the orders cited in reference (1) and the DISCOMs shall submit a quarterly report on the status of implementation of Sick Industry Policy, refer attachment for further details.
