No. -02 / E-Parivahan-06/2018/Pari 2673& In exercise of the powers conferred by the sub rule-14(b) of rule-64 of Bihar Motor Vehicle (Amendment) Rule 1992, the sub rule-(4) of the said rule shall be replaced by the following :- 4(a) Allotment of the above fancy registration numbers shall be made through online bid (e- bid) in a transparent manner and no incentive amount shall be paid for it. 4(b)(i) Separate incentive amount shall be given to the dealer by the department for encouraging the buyers for having choice registration number notified by the department and on sell of every category of choice registration number on following rate and conditions-
