The Petroleum and Natural Gas Regulatory Board (PNGRB) has amended the Levy of Fee and Other Charges Regulations, 2007, introducing revised fees for dedicated pipelines, PBG reduction requests, project completion extensions, and pipeline-related charges. The amendment also prescribes annual charges for specified petroleum and gas installations, updates census references, and introduces provisions for defaults and non-compliance, including civil penalties of up to ₹1 crore per contravention and additional penalties for continuing failures.
