Sewage Treatment Plants (STP) above 100 KLD capacity and Effluent Treatment Plants (ETP) above 50 KLD capacity is exempted. All other conditions specified in the previous circular dated 23/05/2024 remain unchanged. Please refer to the circular for more details.
