For Green category units, the time to grant consent is reduced from 120 to 30 days after receiving a complete application. Self-certification is now widely used, allowing applicants to confirm compliance via affidavit, thereby exempting inspections in most cases. A task force and the High Level Technical Committee recommended that, as part of EoDB, consent for certain applications can be issued based on self-certification without inspection, except in cases of complaints or litigation.
