Board has issued circular vide reference cited regarding construction of Sewage Treatment Plants above ground level/cellar of the establishments. Several clarifications were sought by concerned parties engaged in establishing/operating Sewage Treatment Plants. Accordingly, the following clarifications are issued. 1. Projects for which building permits or any other Licenses have been obtained from the concerned authorities prior to the date of referred circular ie, 04/11/2020, shall be exempted from condition (i) of the said circular. All the other conditions in the circular referred above remain unchanged.
