In compliance with the order of the Hon’ble NGT dated December 20th, 2019 in the matter of O.A no. 400/2017, the CPCB prepared Mechanism/Guidelines for Control of Pollution and Enforcement of Environment Norms at Individual Establishments and the Area/Cluster of Restaurants/Hotels/Motel/Banquets etc. As per the Hon’ble NGT order, the PCBs/PCCs in consultation/coordination with the concerned State Authorities shall adopt the same with necessary modifications but without diluting its essence.
