F.No. C-603/Ladakh PCC/Legal-2021- In exercise of the power conferred by Section 4, clause (4) of the Water (Prevention and Control of Pollution) Act, 1974 (Act No. 6 of 1974) and Section 6 of the Air (Prevention and Control of Pollution) Act, 1981 (Act No.14 of 1981), the Central Pollution Control Board (CPCB) delegates all its powers vested under the Water (Prevention and Control of Pollution) Act, 1974 and the Air (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1981, in respect of the Union Territory of Ladakh to the under mentioned committee specified by the Central Government: 1.
