In the Said Rules, in Rule 77, for Sub-Rule (1b), the following Sub-Rule shall be substituted, namely:- "(1b) the restriction imposed by clause(iv) of Sub-Rule(1a),in so far as they relates to the stage carriage registered before coming into force of the said Rules shall not apply.", refer attachment for further details.
