The simplified Auto Renewal scheme now explicitly applies to both Consent to Operate and Revalidation of Consent to Establish (for non-EIA industries). The scheme is applicable to industries in the Red, Orange, Green, and Blue categories, provided they comply with consent conditions and environmental norms.
