The Commission in exercise of the powers conferred under Section 181 of the Electricity Act, 2003 (36 of 2003) has framed the draft OERC (Deviation, Settlement Mechanism and Related Matters) Regulations, 2021. The said Regulation is also available in Commission’s Website www.orierc.org. The Commission hereby publishes the proposed OERC (Deviation, Settlement Mechanism and Related Matters) Regulations, 2021 for information of the general public under Section 181(3) of the Electricity Act, 2003. Public are requested to furnish their considered views/suggestion/opinion on the said Regulation on or before 02.09.2021
