The Government of Punjab, vide Notification No. IND-INDU0MISC/291/2026/E-1214146/I/1516420/2026, has issued a notification relaxing the timelines for filing Annual Performance Returns (APRs) and MSME Databank information for availing fiscal incentives under the Industrial and Business Development Policy, 2022, and the Industrial and Business Development Policy, 2017, along with the Detailed Schemes and Operational Guidelines, 2018.
