Certain Health Care Facilities (non-bedded and up to 10 beds) have received five-year authorizations instead of a one-time consent to operate. Therefore, effective for those issued after May 26, 2016, such five-year authorizations will be considered valid indefinitely, unless there are changes in bed capacity or services.
