In the said Rules, in rule 364, after the proviso, the following proviso shall be added, namely:- "Provided further that every battery operated auto rickshaw shall be painted in bottle green colour on all sides of the body of the vehicle with a highway yellow band of fifteen centimeter’s in width on the central portion of the body of the vehicle".
