TSPCB ISSUES CIRCULAR ON “NO FEE FOR PROCESSING OF THE APPLICATION FOR AUTHORIZATION” (CIRCULAR DATED 18-05-2021)
Payment of Fees: The applicant shall pay the prescribed Consent fee along with application CFO under Water (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1974 and Air (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1981 only. No fees is prescribed for processing the application for authorization under Hazardous and Other Waste (Management and Transboundary Movement) Rules, 2016; authorization/renewal under E- Waste (Management) Rules, 2016 and registration/renewal under Plastic Waste Management Rules, 2016
