CPCB's implementation of the Waste Tyre EPR portal for recyclers. This portal, mandated by the Hazardous and Other Wastes Amendment Rules, 2022, manages the Extended Producer Responsibility (EPR) regime for waste tyres. Recyclers must use the portal to register, file returns, generate EPR certificates, and submit monthly usage/production data. Crucially, for EPR certificate generation, recyclers must now use.
