The Auto renewal will be applicable to the industries applying for the renewal of Consent to Operate at least 60 days before the expiry of the current consent validity. The unit needs to apply for auto renewal of Consent to Operate via CPCB developed Consent Management System. Revised guidelines which are mentioned therein shall be followed for implementation of Auto renewal of CTO. Please refer to the notification for more details.
