In accordance with the Govt. of India’s Policy to initiate the Ethanol Blending program provisional consent to establish shall be accorded to Ethanol Producing Industries Subject to the following conditions: Submission of all necessary documents and information’s as per SOP for Ethanol Producing Industries. In case the project proponent is not able to furnish any of the necessary documents at the time along with the application for provisional CTE a self-attested declaration stating that the proponent shall submit the requisite documents/information with a period of 30 days from the date of issue of the provisional CTE. However in case of Environmental clearance the proponent shall submit the same within a period of 180 days. In case of non-compliance to the aforementioned conditions, the provisional CTE shall be withdrawn without further notice.
