Following modification are done in the circular: "Request of a unit, with adequate noise control measures (satisfying the prescribed standards) for operating after 6 pm can be considered favourably subject to the condition that the noise level at the complainants residence (if any) in any direction is within the prescribed limits for day/night as the case may be. This shall be verified by the Board officials by conducting noise monitoring before granting permission in this regard. For individual cases, Court direction if any, too need to be complied with".
