Circular regarding market access through authorized persons on bullion exchange
The International Financial Services Centres Authority vide circular no. IFSCA-PMTS/10/2023-Precious Metals has extended the market access rules for stock brokers using Authorized Persons to now also apply to Bullion Exchanges and Trading Members in IFSC, so they can similarly provide investor access through Authorized Persons in India and abroad with immediate effect.
