Draft notification regarding syncing of ITC (HS), 2022- Schedule-1 (Import Policy) with Finance Act, 2026
The Directorate General of Foreign Trade vide notification no. S.O. 3879(E ) made prohibition on import of goods produced using forced labour – insertion of para 2.20B and para 11.64 in the Foreign Trade Policy (FTP) 2023. Please refer the draft notification for more details.
