The Reserve Bank of India vide notification no. RBI/DOR/2025-26/139 DOR.STR.REC.44/13.07.010/2025-26 stated that Banks, AIFIs and NBFCs can only enter into co-lending arrangements under the new RBI framework. This notification shall come into force from 01st January 2026. Please refer the notification for more details.
