Notification on the Companies (Compromises, Arrangements and Amalgamations) Amendment Rules, 2025

The Ministry of Corporate Affairs vide notification no. G.S.R. 603(E) notified the Companies (Compromises, Arrangements and Amalgamations) Amendment Rules, 2025 refining rule 25 and updating forms CAA-9 to CAA-12. This notification shall come into force from 04th September 2025. Please refer the notification for more details.
