The Government of Himachal Pradesh vide notification no .EXN-F(10)-15/2024 stated that the Himachal Pradesh Sadhbhawana Legacy Cases Resolution Scheme, 2025 (Phase-II) is a three-month amnesty program allowing taxpayers to settle pending tax demands and assessments under old, pre-GST laws.
