SEBI/LAD-NRO/GN/2025/279 notified the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Foreign Portfolio Investors) (Second Amendment) Regulations, 2025 and come into force on the one hundred eightieth day from the date of publication of these regulations in the Official Gazette.
