The Securities and Exchange Board of India vide notification no.F. No. SEBI/LAD-NRO/GN/2025/259 made amendments in regulation 2 (definition) and regulation 10 (Rights and responsibilities of investment manager) etc. under the SEBI (Infrastructure Investment Trusts) Regulations, 2014. This notification shall come into force from 02nd September 2025. Please refer the notification for more details.
