The Ministry of Corporate Affairs vide notification no. S.O. 4850(E ) notified the establishment of Registrars of Companies (ROCs) under the Companies Act, 2013, with specific territorial jurisdictions for registration of Companies and discharging the functions, effective from 01st January 2026.
