The Reserve Bank of India vide notification no. DoR.FIN.67/03.10.001/2026-27 notified Sections 45IA (Requirement of registration and net owned fund) and 45IC (Reserve fund) of the RBI Act, shall not apply to an ‘NBFC not availing public funds and not having any customer interface.
