The Directorate General of Foreign vide pubic notice no.29/2025-26 made amendment of the Handbook of Procedures 2023 to obtain the certification of origin under the India-EFTA TEPA through self-declaration, in addition to the existing system of issuance of CoO by the authorised agencies.
