No. F.3(78)/Fin (Exp-IV)/2020-21/DS-IV/145.—In exercise of the powers conferred by subsection (2) of section 1 of the Delhi Goods and Services Tax (Amendment) Act, 2020 (Act No. 06 of 2020) (hereafter in this notification referred to as the said Act), the Lt. Governor of the National Capital Territory of Delhi hereby appoints the 31st day of March, 2020, as the date on which the provisions of section 12 and the 18th day of May, 2020, as the date on which the provisions of section 11, of the said Act, shall come into force.
