In exercise of the powers conferred by Subsection (ii) of section 1 of the Delhi Goods and Services Tax (Amendment) Act, 2021 (Delhi Act 03 of 2021), the Lieutenant Governor of the National Capital Territory of Delhi hereby appoints the 1st day of August, 2021, as the date on which the provisions of sections 13 and 14 of the said Act shall come into force
