Governor of the National Capital Territory of Delhi hereby rescinds, with effect from 01st September, 2022, the notification of the Government of National Capital Territory of Delhi in the Finance (Expenditure-1) Department number F. 3(107)/Fin.(Exp.-I)/2021-22/DS-I/295 dated the 10th November, 2021 relating to amendments in Schedule IV to the Delhi Value Added Tax Act, 2004, published in Delhi Gazette, Part IV dated the 10th November, 2021, refer attachment for further details.
