In supersession of this Department's Notification No. Ind.-A(F)19-12/2019-Loose dated 16.3.2020 and in exercise of the powers conferred by section 20 of the Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises Development Act, 2006 (27 of 2006), the Governor of Himachal Pradesh, is pleased to further reconstitute Himachal Pradesh Micro and Small Enterprises Facilitation Council for the entire State of Himachal Pradesh, refer attachment for further details.
