The Government of Puducherry vide notification no.207/Leg./2023-LD the Puducherry Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (Exemption from Approvals to Commence Business) Act, 2024 grant exemption from approvals and inspections for the commencement of business by Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises in the Union Territory of Puducherry, and for matters connected therewith or incidental thereto.
