In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (2) of section 1 of the Tripura State Goods and Services Tax (Fourth Amendment) Act' 202I (Tripura Act No. 9 of 2021), the state Government hereby appoints the 1st day of August, 2021, as the date on which the provisions of sections 4 and 5 of the said Act shall come into force, refer attachment for further details.
