The Ministry of Corporate Affairs vide notification no. G.S.R. 733(E) amended Form No. IEPF-5 (Application to the Authority for claiming unpaid amounts and shares out of Investor Education and Protection Fund) under the IEPFA(Accounting, Audit, Transfer and Refund) Rules, 2016. This notification shall come into force from 06th October 2025. Please refer the notification for more details.
