The Directorate General of Foreign Trade vide trade notice no.13/2025-2026 notified that trade connect ePlatform will handle the electronic issuance of Certificates of Origin (COO) for exports to EFTA countries under the new India-EFTA TEPA. This digital process can be based on self-declaration using a Digital Signature (DSC) or through an authorized agency. This trade notice will come into force from 01st October 2025.
