The Ministry of Labour and Employment has released vide notification S.O. 4879(E), S.O. 4870(E), S.O. 4869(E) declared the following industry as “Public utility services” (Processing or Production or distribution of fuel gases, Lead and Zinc Mining Industry, Food Stuffs) effective for next six months.
