The Government of Haryana, vide notification No. 11/06/2022-4Lab, provided the conditions in furtherance of the Sexual harassment of Women at Workplace (Prevention, Prohibition and Redressal) Act, 2013, for adequate safety and security of women to work in factories during the night shift in Haryana.
