Government Of Jharkhand vide notification No.7/1003/2022-113 and pursuing notification released on 3rd February 2017 under Labour, Employment and Training Department has declared conditions on factories which directs working schedules for women workers. As per notification, amended clause 15, 20, 23 of the conditions as mentioned in the earlier notification which requires, (1) Occupier of factory shall not employ less than five women workers under one batch (2) One Female Warden shall be allocated for supervision and helper for welfare work (3) The strength of women in Supervisory Staff shall be one fifth or at least two or more.
