Government of Andhra Pradesh vide circular no A1/3117/2017 has noted that managements in Single Desk portal are facing certain difficulties while filing returns and thereby has extended date of filing online annual return under The Factories Act 1948 and rules made therunder to 30th April 2020. The notification also has directed not to accept or insist on manual submission of returns
