The Government of Himachal Pradesh, vide Notification No. Shram (A)3-4/2022, listed the conditions for employing women during the night shift in factories. The conditions include measures for the security and safety of women employees, which include the prevention of acts of sexual harassment, provision for transportation facilities, the requirement of prior consent from women workers, etc. Please refer to the notification for more details
