The Government of Haryana, vide Notification No. FW/Election,2022/2465-2665, exempted the workers, enrolled as voters in the State of Himachal Pradesh, from the operation of Section 52(1) of the Factories Act, 1948, for the week commencing from November 13, 2022, till November 19, 2022, on account of the General Election of the Legislative Assembly in Himachal Pradesh to be held on November 12, 2022.
