The Government of Maharashtra vide notification no 2019-20/413 has introduced online payment gateway under ease of doing business for payment of labour welfare fund. The online payment gateway can be accessed through website provided here as https://public.mlwb.in/public. Therefore, online payment gateway shall be effective from 1st January 2020 . All establishments shall register in mentioned website (one time only) and provide the details of the worker and employer subscription. The payment can be done through Debit Card / Credit Card / Net Banking / Payment Apps / using the facility of Secure Payment Gateway/ NEFT / RTGS.
