The Manipur S&E(Regulation on Employment and Conditions of Service) Act, 2021 (President Assent)
The Government of Manipur vide notification No. 2/29/2021-Leg/L, has released the Manipur Shop and Establishments (Regulation on Employment and Conditions of Service) Act, 2021 (President Assent) w.e.f 29th June 2023. The existing legislations the Manipur S&E Act, 1972 and the Manipur S&E(Regulation of Employment and Conditions of Service) Ordinance, 2021 hereby repealed, please refer notification for further details.
