The Government of Punjab Vide No.Lab0MISC/192/2025-4L/614 , has notified under section 7(f) and sub-section (4) of Section 15 of the Industrial Relations Code, 2020 that the monthly subscription for members of a Trade Union shall not be more than Rs. 50, Please refer the notification for more details.
