The Government of Tamil Nadu vide notification No. SRO A-45/2019 has amended Rule 6(3), 8(2) and 10 of the Tamil Nadu Factories Rules, 1950. As per the amendment, the fees prescribed earlier for amendment, transfer and loss of license have been revised from existing 'fifty rupees' to 'two hundred rupees'
