The Government of India has issued Notification S.O. 1534(E) notifying April 01, 2022, as the effective date for certain provisions, from Chapter IV (Contribution), Chapter V (Benefits),  and Chapter VI (Adjudication of disputes and claims) of The Employees’ State Insurance Act, 1948, to come in force in Nagapattinam district of the State of Tamil Nadu.
